By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
1 – Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. The normal processing time is between 1 and 2 working days, and the delivery time (time in transit) depends on which country you are in, it can take up to 4 weeks.
2 – If you make a custom order, the time of completion depends on the type of project and the workload, it can take up to a month, but all this information will be provided before you make the custom order.
3 – When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
4 – Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we have dispatched your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
5 – In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
6 – When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
7 – The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
8 – We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of my products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
9 – Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

11 – Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly shown where applicable and included at checkout.

1 – You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
2 – Delivery charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
3 – You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering, and in custom orders you will have to pay 50% upfront and 50% before the item is shipped to you.
4 – We use secure payment facilities for online purchases.

2 – The shipping cost for jewelry is 4.99€ to Spain and 6.99€ to the rest of the world, but it is free for orders over $79. The shipping cost for paintings, fused glass creations, reborns and sculptures is 14.99€ for Spain and 16.99€ for the rest of the world. FREE SHIPPING for orders over 79€.
3 – Any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.
4 – We will send a shipping confirmation email providing a tracking number for your order.
5 – If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, usually because of an incorrect address or failure to respond to pick-up re-delivery instructions, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. This may be subject to a new delivery charge.
6 – If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
1 – We accept items return if there are damaged, if there is some default or if it is very different from the appearance in the photos on the website.
2 – We can only accept items returned to us within 60 days from the date your order was dispatched.
3 – All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
4 – Custom orders can’t be returned, except in the case the article is very different or there are quality problems.
5 – Items must be returned to us in an unworn condition, deemed fit for resale.
6 – Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
7 – Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.
8 – To return an item to us, please contact us with your order number and your data, and let us know if you want a replacement or a refund, and we will processed it as quickly as possible and send information back on how to return the order. Package up your returned item carefully and send it to the address we will provide you. All you need to do now is take your parcel to your local Post Office to arrange for them to send it to us. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. As soon as we receive your returned item we will organise the exchange or refund for you and email you to let you know that this has been arranged.
9 – We will process your return within 5 working days of receiving the returned product.
10 – Returns for exchanges: you will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed and your exchange shipped. If you have not received it within 15 working days, please contact us.
11 – Returns for refund: we will issue your refund within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
12 – If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail info@galeandra.com quoting your name, order number and details of the product received, sending a photograph showing the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed.
13 – If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail info@galeandra.com quoting your name, order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will then advise on how to proceed.
14 – If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
15 – Withdrawal right: under the Spanish Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund. This does not apply to items that have been custom made. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of placing your order to the email address provided above. Once you have cancelled your order, if your order had already been dispatched, the goods should be returned as soon as you receive them to the address we will provide you, in their original condition. The client will pay for the shipping costs of the returned item/s. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
