The shipping time usually is about 7-15 days to Europe, to United States it might take longer since they have increased the security and the inspections they do to arriving packages.
At this moment I only accept paypal, so you can pay by paypal or by credit card through paypal.
If you want to order a special product or comission, contact me for further details; orders usually take about two-three weeks for jewels and fused glass pieces and about three weeks for the sculptures to complete, except if they use very special or hard to find materials, which can make them take longer.
If after four weeks you haven’t received your order or there has been some damage during the shipping, contact me and I will do my best effort to solve it.
By law you have a 15 days period to return the items if you are not satisfied with them, as long as they are returned unused and in perfect condition, and that you send them back by a method that guarantees that we will receive them. Once received and checked to make sure they are in perfect condition, the amount of your purchase will be refunded by Paypal. Shipping costs will only be refunded if there was a fault in the product sent or it arrived in bad conditions.
Custom orders can’t be return except if they don’t correspond with the especifications of the client, which is avoided by sending photos of the creation previous to sending it so the client can agree and be pleased by how it looks.
